THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE
What this work is designed to solve.
Search engines need to fetch meaningful HTML, follow links and understand which page represents each topic. Faulty technical signals can undermine excellent copy.
HOW WE APPROACH IT
Clarity, implementation and verification.
We examine robots directives, sitemap consistency, HTTPS and redirects, canonical selection, status codes, mobile rendering, page experience and structured data relevant to the page.
We distinguish harmful errors from normal exclusions. A duplicate URL deliberately canonicalised to its preferred page is not automatically a defect.
Technical implementation list; crawlability review; canonicals and redirects map; post-deployment verification.
A practical business scenario
Consider a catalogue where filters produce hundreds of similar URLs. The task is not to insist all variations should be indexed. It is to decide which category experiences deserve distinct URLs, keep internal paths coherent and use suitable canonical, redirect or crawl controls for the remaining variants.
Useful starting checks
- Review actual HTTP status and rendered HTML on mobile.
- Inspect sitemap URLs against canonical link elements.
- Test representative redirects and duplicate templates.
A question worth asking
Will technical SEO guarantee Google indexing?
No. It removes avoidable barriers and supports eligibility; Google still decides whether and when to index a page.
Scope is adapted to the website and agreed requirements. Search rankings and indexing decisions cannot be guaranteed.
